經過不懈的努力和拼搏，阿金（吳君如飾）總算從一介小小妓女“升職”成為了“媽媽桑”，帶領著手下吳露（王菀之飾）、阿花（衛詩雅飾）、莫娜（林宜芝飾）等小姐妹們，過著自由自在，燈紅酒綠的無憂生活。時光荏苒如同白駒過隙，每一日，香港這座城市都綻放出嶄新的姿態，盡管如今生活更加便利，更加多姿多彩，但阿金有時卻還是會懷念起曾經的舊日時光。前黑道老大哥頓（張家輝飾）被捕入獄，當他重見天日之時，整個香港已經變成了他完全不認識的模樣，于是，哥頓找到了阿金，卻發現她也不再是往日的天真少女，得知哥頓心中的遺憾和失落，阿金決心幫助哥頓重新找到生活的方向
